He was born in malgen village of Bulgaria on 11.02.1969. He studied in the village of malgen in elementary and Secondary Schools. He continued his education at Nikola Vapsaroh High School in Aytos, the Bulgarian province of Burgas. He married in 1988. Ayvaz Şentürk, the father of 2 children, emigrated to Turkey in 1991. In 1991, Dandi worked at the gum factory.

Ayvaz şentürk explained his time and duty when he joined the SEM family as follows: “my first job in SEM plastic, which I started to work in 1992, was driving. I was a driver for 13 years. I continue to work as the vehicle fleet manager and the founding chairman of the Board of directors in 2005. My ROADMATE SEM plastic for 25 years ”
