PRODUCTION & TECHNOLOGY
Alongside leading global brands such as Reifenhäuser, Union, OMV, TFT, WM, Fostag, Netstal, Demag, Rascher Systems, OMSO, Zhafir, Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Trane, and Jwell, we also utilize machinery and molds from Turkey’s leading manufacturers, including Euromak, Guven Teknik, Ceylan Makine, and Inan Makine, contributing to the development of the domestic industry.
Our production is carried out using four main methods:
- Sheet Extrusion
- Thermoforming
- Injection Molding
- Offset Printing
The primary raw materials used in our production processes are PP, PS, ABS, PVC, PC, SAN, and PET.
To ensure uninterrupted and efficient production, our facilities are equipped with dedicated maintenance and mold-making departments staffed by highly trained personnel and supported by advanced technical equipment.
These two departments play a vital role in maintaining production speed while also strengthening supply security and providing a solid foundation for our R&D activities.
