Why do we get tomato juice on the plane?

It was Cem Yılmaz's joke. It's as if we all drink tomato juice every day while our feet are touching the ground, and we prefer it on the plane. So far, it has been linked to vitamin C deficiency in our bodies, even those who have seen each other and brought them to the subconscious environs. Yavuz Eroğlu, General Manager of the family company SEM Plastik told The Secret: 

“The cabin pressure is lower when the plane is in the air compared to the ground. The low air humidity, which corresponds to 15 percent of the passengers feel when flying, and the air pressure at a height of 2,500 meters above sea level.” 
I mean, on the plane, we feel like we're on a 2,000-foot-high mountain under pressure.” 

Continues Yavuz Eroğlu: 
"Notice that the highest amount of tomato juice consumed is air “ The taste of tomato juice on the plane is more delicious than the one on the ground. The tomato juice on the plane is generally fresh, fruity and has a round taste. The reason for this is that fruit flavours are easier to reveal at low pressure. So, considering that 80 percent of the taste originates from the smell, it turns out that the tomato juice consumed on the plane tastes more delicious.” 

Another scientific finding: 
“We receive 20 percent of the taste with our tongue and 80 percent with our nose. In addition, the perception and anticipation that our brain creates with taste affect the taste of food much more than we anticipated.” 
The essence of the word is that when a passenger wants tomato juice on the plane, the whole plane smells like a beautiful tomato. 

He passed the quality, he complained about the sea level.

Turkish Airlines used to import food and beverage plastic containers from abroad. Since then, sem Plastik has been selling plastic cups, plates, cutlery and knives to 7 of the world's top 10 airline companies. 

Yavuz Eroğlu talked about the fact that "the only plastic plate sold is a glass" in our conversation with very good examples.  
No business is simple, if you have inquiry, research and development within it comes to success. 

Yavuz Eroğlu explains: 
“For the first time in Turkey, we produced the plastic Crystal Glass in our factory in Malatya and made the design. After each production Party, we passed many quality tests, we tried to find out whether it was soft and deformed due to hot water. 
10 years ago, after our production at Malatya facilities, customer complaints started to come. 
Complaints come from our customers in Istanbul, Izmir and Antalya, and there were no complaints from our customers in other cities.” 
Tests are done over and over again, but the products in the factory in Malatya pass the heat test successfully. The products taken back from customers at the factory in Istanbul are being tested and the glasses become deformed when they come into contact with the heat. 

Yavuz Eroğlu, “we skipped the simplest physics rule. Although water boiled at 100 degrees at sea level, it was at lower temperatures at places higher than sea level. Therefore, water from the sea at a height of 1,100 meters is boiling at 100 degrees lower than Malatya, so the glass passing the Test at low temperature in Malatya was deformed.”
